MAS E&M has signed an agreement with Airfrance Industries / KLM Engineering & Maintenance for the component support for its fleet of 35  B737s-800 . This allows MAS access to 400 part numbers of which 150 parts will be based in KLIA.
The 10 years contract was signed by E&M EVP En Mohd Roslan Ismail and KLM E&M EVP Mr Peter De Swert at a formal ceremony in MAA attended by the reporters from major local dailies 1330 hr on 10 November 2010.
Also present at the ceremony were Ambassador of the Netherlands to Malaysia, Ambassador of France to Malaysia and the Director - International Sales, Boeing Mr P.Dubcek.
